1. Definitions

  • “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to AnyVanies.
  • “You” or “Your” refers to the customer using our services.
  • “Goods” refers to the items being transported.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or through our website.
  • Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or online transfer. Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Additional charges (e.g., parking fees, tolls, or changes in service scope) may apply and will be communicated beforehand.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all goods are properly packed and ready for collection at the agreed time.
  • Clearly identify fragile or valuable items, and ensure they are adequately protected.
  • Provide accurate and complete delivery addresses and contact details.
  • Inform us of any items requiring special handling (e.g., oversized, hazardous, or perishable goods).

5. Our Responsibilities

  • Provide suitable vehicles and professional staff to transport your goods safely.
  • Exercise reasonable care to prevent loss or damage to your belongings.
  • Communicate promptly in case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for:
    • Loss or damage caused by improper packing or labeling by the customer.
    • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, accidents, or traffic.
  • Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the goods, up to £500, unless additional insurance has been arranged.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:
  • Hazardous or illegal items.
  • Items exceeding the declared weight, size, or value limits without prior arrangement.
  • Perishable goods without specific provisions.

8. Insurance

  • Basic insurance coverage is included for all items during transit.
  • Additional coverage can be arranged upon request for high-value or fragile items.

9. Changes to Services

  • Any amendments to booking details (e.g., delivery addresses or item quantities) must be communicated promptly. Additional charges may apply.

10. Complaints

  • If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us within 7 days of the service date.
  • We are committed to resolving all issues promptly and fairly.

11. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your details with third parties, except where required to complete your service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
